At Tabby, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our policy below for details on returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered

All original tags and packaging must be intact

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or color, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to availability.

If the requested item is out of stock, a store credit (coupon) will be issued

Items from previous collections cannot be exchanged with new collections
Hassle-Free Exchange Option
We offer two-way exchange delivery across Pakistan for a flat fee of PKR 1000.
Sale Items & Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Items purchased during sale or promotional events

Gift cards

Custom or personalized items

Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage not caused during delivery
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order on WhatsApp at +92 339 0082229, along with clear photos and a brief description of the issue.
We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.

Approved refunds to the original payment method are processed within 10–15 business days

Banks or card providers may take additional time to reflect the amount

For faster processing, you may opt for store credit, issued within 15 business days
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
Payment Security
Tabby does not store or process card details on its servers.
All payments are handled securely through authorized third-party payment gateways.
